The longer version.

Six paragraphs on where the reps were earned, why I left, and what I'm working to build now.

I've spent 8+ years inside Meta Ads Manager - and the last five of those running accounts for DTC e-commerce brands at the agency level.

Most recently I was a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer II at Common Thread Collective, one of the more rigorous DTC growth agencies in the U.S. CTC was where I learned what "good" actually looks like at scale: weekly cross-buyer audits (we called them "Whack An Ad"), tight measurement discipline, and a media-buying culture that didn't tolerate vibes-based decisions.

Before CTC I was Director of Paid Media at Fox Digital, where I managed a team of six junior buyers and coordinators and built the training systems that scaled monthly ad spend across the agency's client roster.

I started Regis Social Media in January 2023 because I wanted to run accounts the way I always wished agencies would: operator-led, transparent, and explicitly transitional. When my clients are ready to bring paid media in-house, I help hire and train the people who'll replace me.

I'm a Meta Blueprint Certified Media Buying Professional and a TikTok Certified Media Buying Professional - Meta is the channel I lead with; TikTok is where I extend the strategy when it makes sense. I host the CTA: ROAS Shinobi Optimizations For Meta podcast (currently between seasons).

Based in West Los Angeles, CA. Outside of work I practice Tai Chi and Bo Staff martial arts - both of which, as it turns out, train roughly the same patience required to debug a CAPI integration at midnight.

Senior Paid Social Media Buyer II Common Thread Collective

Ran Meta accounts for DTC brands at one of the more rigorous growth agencies in the U.S. Co-hosted "Whack An Ad" - weekly cross-buyer account audits where every senior buyer's account was put on the table. The culture didn't tolerate vibes-based decisions. That's where the measurement discipline came from.
