Given enough time and budget, most accounts find their footing. The cost is everything you spend while they're finding it. My job is to shorten that stretch: get your spend turning into the right leads or customers sooner, and keep the account healthy while it happens.
This page covers how I do that, what you'll see from me every week, and how I get paid.
Before I touch a budget, I audit the account and the tracking: pixel, Conversions API, attribution settings, campaign structure, and what's already been tried. You get a written audit at the end of week one. It's yours to keep either way. Then I rebuild whatever needs it.
With clean data coming in, I start testing new angles and ad formats, with clear rules for what stays and what gets cut. This is where most of the real gains in a Meta account come from now.
Budget moves toward the ads and audiences that are converting. Increases happen in measured steps, so costs don't spike and the account stays stable.
Each week you get a clear read on one question: are conversions, whether leads or purchases, going up while the cost of each one comes down?
It comes in whatever form is most useful to your team. That can be a short weekly presentation we walk through together, or the numbers filled straight into a spreadsheet you already use.
Either way, the data is yours. It stays with your business, and it builds into a record you can use long after any one campaign. I'm here to help you interpret it.
I see what happens inside the ad platforms. What happens after a lead comes in, I only see if you share it. If your team can tell me which leads turned into sales, even in a simple shared sheet, I'll build it into the report.
A lot of agencies charge a percentage of ad spend. That means their fee goes up every time your budget does, whether or not the extra spend is paying off.
I charge a stable monthly retainer instead. My job is to scale your spend while performance improves. When that happens, the gains should go to your business, not to a bigger fee.
You know exactly what you're paying each month, and I put it in writing before we start. After the first 30 days, it's month-to-month.
Outside the retainer, I'm open to special projects on a case-by-case basis.

To be upfront: this works best for brands spending $25K or more a month on ads, not counting fees. Below that, I may not be the right fit just yet.
